Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened personal care, skincare, oral care, or hygiene products

  • Food, supplements, or ingestible items

 


 

How to Start a Return

We offer self-serve returns for your convenience.

  1. Visit your order confirmation email

  2. Click “Start a Return”

  3. Select the item(s) and reason for return

  4. Follow the instructions provided

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive return instructions by email.

 


 

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

 


 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at

support@cleonse.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the issue

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
