All orders are prepared within 3–5 business days before shipping.

This preparation time allows us to:

  • Carefully source products from trusted partners

  • Quality-check and package orders with care

  • Reduce waste and avoid overstocking

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

 


 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 3-5 business days after preparation

  • This is our most economical option and helps us keep pricing fair and accessible

Expedited Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 2-3 business days after preparation

  • Available at checkout for an additional fee

Expedited Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 1-2 business days after preparation

  • Available at checkout for addresses within 10 miles of Grand Rapids (49546)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays or destination.

 


 

Free Shipping

We are happy to offer free shipping as follows:

  • Free local delivery on orders $35+
  • Free standard shipping on orders $49+

Thresholds are calculated before tax. For orders under $49, a flat rate $7 shipping fee applies.

 


 

Where We Ship

  • We currently ship within the continental United States (excludes Hawaii and Alaska)

  • We do not ship internationally at this time


 

Local Delivery (If Applicable)

We offer local delivery within 10 miles of Grand Rapids (49546). If your address qualifies, local delivery will automatically appear at checkout.

 


 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

 


 

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order appears delayed or hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at

We’ll work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.
